ARRIVALS IN UTAH

Upon arrival in Salt Lake City, please meet your driver outside of baggage claim. Your driver will be holding a sign with Constellation Brands. After you retrieve your luggage, you will be escorted to your vehicle for transportation to the hotel. Please note, it is recommended to arrive in Salt Lake City no later than 3:00 PM.

DEPARTURES FROM SALT LAKE CITY

On the day of departure, please meet your driver outside the hotel lobby for transportation to the airport. This pickup time will appear on your welcome packet, and you will be notified the day prior should there be any changes.

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Transportation will be provided for all sponsored activities during the program. Ground transportation for functions that are not included in the program agenda will be at your own expense.​
